If you are an existing loyalty customer you do not have to register again on our app. Please login via the OTP option and then create a password for you to use in the future. Please note that you must have your mobile phone number that you have registered with us with you to receive your OTP. Yes, we accept all online and offline payments like Credit/Debit cards, Bank Wallets, UPI payments including Google Pay, PayU, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Card on Delivery. We also have our own Shop Wallet which you can fill up using any payment method and then use it to make payments.

Yes of course we do. For now any product that you do not want can be returned at the time of delivery. If you have paid by an online payment option in advance, you will get a full refund of your amount which will be credited to your account. You can then redeem the credit amount in your next purchase. 

We will do our very best to ensure that all offers and new arrivals will be available to all customers. Further we will endeavour to make available exclusive online offers to our customers only on our home delivery app.  

There is no minimum shopping amount to avail of home delivery, however there will be a delivery charge of Rs 30 + GST for delivery of less that 5km from any of our stores and Rs 50 + GST for any delivery greater than a 5km distance.
